My hubby took these photos of me taking photos not too long ago. So I decided to try my hand at creating a professional-looking gif. Don’t watch it for too long, unless you want your eyes to spin uncontrollably out of your skull.

Just a little something I cooked up using a stock photo via Comstock/Jupiter Images. This simple and refreshing image took a couple hours and was intended to aid me in relieving stress. Not sure yet if it worked.

I went surfing for interesting images at MorgueFile just to see what I could find. I found this image (seen below) and really liked her eyes. I did some basic retouching and added purple color to her eyes and lips. Or is it fuchsia?  Or magenta? Color names are slightly different for everyone so I’d go by #901192 or something of the like.

Here’s a rare bit of raw emotion, which is rather atypical of me:

I have no more words to speak; I’ve been trying to hide this immense disappointment and anger tunneling from a group of situations I don’t care to delve into more details about at this moment. I’ve been trying to get over, understand, overcome, …anything! It just takes time. And great mental and emotional strength that I am starting to find. It just takes time.

The photo was originally shot by my husband. Then I enhanced the color just slightly (it was dark) abut also enhanced some of the graininess for whatever reason.

Prior to the festival, I had purchased the atomic symbol earrings via a custom order.

I took the photos of the earrings, while my hubby took the photos of me.

I purchased the necklace there and she gave me a flower hair clip with a Pi symbol. (Hair-pi…lol)

I also picked up these cool grungy copper and silver glass earrings from Stardust Copper Designs:

Quite frankly, most of the festival was pretty bland, except for a couple spots.

The title of the “movie”, Citizen Of The Planet, is an Alanis Morissette song (from the album Flavors Of Entanglement) that fit in with the image. That’s all, really. I used it because the woman in the photo reminds me of Alanis. And, for the record, I’m aware that there is nothing ironic going on here.
